Mónica Acevedo is an Associate assisting on a wide variety of projects, including the analysis of healthcare provider compensation.

Acevedo’s career has been focused on data, business, compliance, and processes. Some of her specific experience includes the areas of data & financial analysis, agile & project management, financial & healthcare regulations, budget tracking, regulatory compliance, contracts, and procurement. In her most recent role, prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Acevedo worked in a contract administration team at an international financial services company which provided products and services to help businesses, end users, and financial institutions meet their most critical goals. In this role, she teamed with sales and marketing administration in managing contracts, proposals and other support for national sales agents in the field, in collaboration with legal, implementations, product, and other teams. In addition, Acevedo, who is fluent in Spanish, executed agreements presented with multiple stakeholders, performed regular work product audits, and collaborated to support business processes.

Acevedo earned a Master’s Degree, Juris Master (Legal Studies) Cum Laude on Cybersecurity, Privacy & Technology Risk Management and supporting credits in Healthcare Compliance, from Florida State University, College of Law.

She also has a Bachelor’s Degree, in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico – Metropolitan Campus.
