At HealthCare Appraisers, we listen. Not only to our clients, but to one another. We value employee-owners and encourage feedback, so that our organization is consistently improving. In fact, the Employee-Owner Engagement Committee conducts an annual survey to learn more about what is on team members’ minds. Survey responses help to set organizational priorities ranging from specific initiatives focused on employee wellness to enhancing the training and development curriculum.
