At HealthCare Appraisers, we understand the importance of creating an environment in which all of our team members feel valued, included, and empowered. We recognize that each team member’s unique experiences, perspectives, and viewpoints add value to our ability to create and deliver the best possible services and work product to our clients.

Given that our individual social, economic, and cultural identities shape and influence our experiences and perspectives, Healthcare Appraisers will work to ensure diversity in our workforce and inclusivity in how we work with one another. The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council guides us in this regard setting forth this vision and related objectives, responsibilities and operation.

To create, nurture, and sustain an equitable and inclusive culture, at all levels of the organization, where diversity drives innovative solutions to meet the needs of HAI’s team members and clientele.

The DEI Council focuses on the following strategic imperatives:
