Matthew Chiasson is a Director in the Boca Raton office.
Chiasson’s practice focuses on providing real estate valuation services for medical office buildings, surgical centers, hospitals and specialized healthcare facilities across the United States. His responsibilities include the preparation of valuation reports, review of valuation reports and training of employees.
Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Chiasson served as senior appraiser at V K Chiasson Real Estate Companies for ten years valuing various commercial properties including: professional and medical office buildings, warehouses, retail buildings and shopping centers, multi-family apartments and condominiums, residential subdivisions as well as self-storage facilities. Appraisal assignments were executed for financial institutions, government agencies, developers and attorneys. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Florida State University and is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute.
