Davis is a Partner in the Dallas office.

He has more than 13 years of healthcare valuation and consulting experience. Davis provides fair market valuation and commercial reasonableness analyses of healthcare provider compensation within a wide variety of arrangements which may have Stark and/or Anti-Kickback implications. His practice includes provider employment, professional services arrangements, medical director/thought leader compensation, compensated call coverage, hospital-based specialty collections guarantees and subsidies, and retrospective analyses. In addition, Davis is at the forefront of the firm’s ongoing expansion of its innovative, web-based resources, known as Automated FMV Solutions™ − a suite of sophisticated and customizable applications providing FMV opinions. Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Davis was administrator for a private cardiology practice.

Davis holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Abilene Christian University.
