Casey is a Manager in the Boca Raton office.
Casey is on the Real Estate Valuation Service Line Team. He assists in a wide variety of projects, including the valuation and consultation of healthcare-related real estate entities, such as hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, cancer center, physical therapy centers, laboratories, diagnostic imaging centers, and more.
Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Casey worked as an independent contractor for large, regional real estate appraisal firm for more than two decades, filling the roll of a Senior Associate Appraiser. He performed all manner of commercial and residential valuation related assignments including real estate appraisal, market analysis, consultation and appraisal review. Casey has appraised over $1 billion in properties including many highly complex properties, such as regional shopping centers, timeshares, major hotels, market studies, rental analysis studies, HUD apartments, CDD mixed-use developments, neo-town center projects, agricultural land, and National Park Service land.
Casey earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Florida with a dual major in Real Estate and Finance.
