Toriana Durham, MHA, is an Associate assisting on a wide variety of projects, including the analysis of healthcare provider compensation.
Durham is a healthcare management professional with expertise and a record of success in supply chain management, project management, revenue cycle management, and HIM operational processes. Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Durham worked as an Inventory Management Project Manager/ Supply Chain Consultant for an international data and technology/software company with services for providers, payers, public health, and life sciences. In this role, she provided strategic direction and support for complex software design, development, and configuration; advised multiple health systems on strategic solution implementation, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and policies to increase the efficiency of end-to-end supply chain processes; collected and analyzed federal healthcare data to configure localized client system preferences; and implemented a supply chain management system that streamlined workflow and improved efficiency.
Durham earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston in Clear Lake in Houston, Texas. She is a Lean 6 Sigma – Yellow Belt.
She also has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from University of Houston in Houston, Texas.
