Dylan Berns is a Senior Associate in the Boca Raton Office.

Berns assists in a wide variety of projects, including the analysis of healthcare provider compensation. Berns has seven years of experience working in the healthcare industry, specifically in dermatology and oncology. Prior to joining HealthCare Appraisers, Berns worked as office manager and quality control manager for a dermatology practice with a group of over eighty dermatologists, nurse practitioners and physicians assistants, practicing at more than thirty locations in Florida. In this role he managed the overall day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure a vision and strategy for future growth. In addition, he worked as the financial analyst and recruiter for the practice’s management services arm where he performed analyses of the organization including physician practice profitability, expense management, capital projects, cash requirements, and preparation of financial forecasts.

Berns earned a Master of Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Boston University.
