Your Trusted Partner in Provider Compensation Plan Design
The process of creating or modifying a provider compensation plan is often one of the most sensitive and challenging initiatives an organization can undertake. As a market leader in fair market value analysis and trusted advisor to the nation’s premier healthcare systems on all matters related to provider compensation, HealthCare Appraisers brings unparalleled breadth and depth of experience to provider compensation plan development, including:
Detailed insight into compensation plan trends across the country;
Knowledge gained from years of collaboration with physician and executive leadership; and
A successful track record of assisting with the design and implementation of novel compensation plan structures that satisfy unique organizational objectives, all within the confines of then-current regulatory guidelines.
Whether assisting with incremental changes to an existing plan or a major strategic shift in compensation philosophy, our experts work closely with executive and provider leadership to offer solutions tailored to each organization’s specific cultural, operational, and financial circumstances. HealthCare Appraisers guides you in developing compensation structures that engage and align providers while mitigating economic and compliance risk in connection with:
Developing compensation plans for new groups and/or specialties
Integrating new physicians or physician groups into existing compensation models; and
Introducing new compensation elements or rebalancing existing plan components to support new payor contracts, organizational evolution, financial considerations, and/or changing market conditions.
As the prevalence of alternative payment models has increased, many provider compensation arrangements now incorporate value-based compensation elements. In designing such value-based compensation components, HealthCare Appraisers works to ensure alignment between revenue models and compensation plans to achieve financially-sound results for the organization.
