Kirstin Grice is a Senior Associate in the Boca Raton office.

Grice specializes in fair market value analyses for compensation arrangements which may have Stark and/or Anti-Kickback implications. Her primary focus involves the valuation of physician co-management and management arrangements, on-call arrangements and medical directorships.

Grice is a member of the Florida Bar. Grice holds a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude.  While in law school, Grice was an articles editor on the Florida State University Law Review and a legal writing teaching assistant.  Grice also holds Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida State University.
